Are Lions Mane Services licensed and insured?

Yes — Lions Mane Services is fully licensed and insured.

We hold current Public Liability Insurance and ensure all team members operate under strict safety and compliance procedures.
 
We are also a registered Australian business.

Do you offer emergency or urgent services?

Yes — we prioritise urgent matters including:

  • Storm damage
  • Hazardous trees
  • Urgent property repairs
  • Time-sensitive maintenance

 

Urgent works may be subject to priority or call-out fees.

 

Availability depends on workload and weather conditions.

Quoting & Payment

Do you provide free quotes?
We provide free quotes within 10km of Brisbane CBD.

For properties outside this radius, a quote fee may apply. If the quote proceeds to a confirmed
booking, the quote fee is credited toward your final invoice.
  • Example:
    $50 quote fee + $500 service = $450 remaining balance.
 
Quote fees vary depending on service category, as landscaping and tree assessments require
specialist evaluation.
How do I request a quote?

You can request a quote by:

  • Filling out the contact form on our website via the ‘Contact Us’ page
  • Calling our team directly
  • Sending us an email with details and photos (if available)

 

For the most accurate quote, please include:

  • Property address
  • Description of works required
  • Access details
  • Photos where possible

 

Existing clients can submit a request directly through their Lions Mane Client Hub.

 

Requests submitted via the Client Hub go straight into our system, and our team will be in contact to
confirm details, arrange an inspection (if required), and provide your quote within the relevant timeframe.

How long are quotes valid for?

Unless otherwise stated, quotes are generally valid for 14 days.


Please refer to the expiry date listed on your quote.


Pricing may be subject to change after the validity period due to material cost variations or supplier
price changes.

How do I accept my quote?

Once you receive your quote via email, click the green “View Quote” button.


This will take you to the Lions Mane Client Hub, where you can:

  • View and approve quotes
  • Request changes
  • Book or review appointments
  • View outstanding invoices
  • Contact our team

 

To proceed, simply click “Approve” within the quote.

 

Once approved, we will schedule your service and send booking confirmation.

 

For larger projects, a deposit may be required prior to securing your booking.

Do you require a deposit?

Deposits are typically required for larger landscaping and tree projects.


Maintenance and smaller works are generally invoiced upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

How do I pay?

Once your service is completed (excluding projects requiring deposits), an invoice will be issued.

  • Payment is via bank transfer.
  • Our payment details are included on both the quote and invoice.

What recurring maintenance options do you offer?

We offer:

  • Weekly
  • Fortnightly
  • Every 3 weeks
  • Monthly

 

Custom schedules are available upon request.

Do you offer one-off maintenance services?

Yes — we provide one-off services including lawn mowing, garden tidy-ups, weed control, pruning, general clean-ups and more.

How long will it take to receive my maintenance quote?

We aim to provide maintenance quotes within 24–48 hours of inspection.

Do I need to be home during the service?

No — provided we have access to required areas and pets are secured, you do not need to be
onsite.


For hourly bookings where our team works under your direction, you will need to be present to guide tasks.

Do you provide a warranty for maintenance services?

Maintenance services are not covered by a formal warranty.


If there is an issue with the completed service, it must be reported within 7 days of completion for assessment.
